CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: As a solo esthetician, every appointment is important to me and my small business. When you book with Aura by Angelina, that time is set aside just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice, a 50% fee of your scheduled service will apply. Late Policy: At Aura by Angelina, I value your time and mine. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service experience. There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be required to keep your scheduled appointment. • If you are more than 30 minutes late (including the 15-minute grace period), your appointment will need to be rescheduled or cancelled out of respect for other clients’ time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total.
